Travel is included up to 25 miles from 76247. If you are further away there will be an additional fee based on mileage.

Deposit Policy: $200 booking deposit is due at contract execution (non refundable) to schedule and reserve your service. 100% of the booking deposit is  applied to your service.

Payment Policy: Remainder of payment is due in full at the end of each session. USD currency only. Service are non-taxable; containers and organizing solutions are taxable.

Payment Options: We accept most major credit cards, VENMO and ZELLE.

Cancellation Process: It is the responsibility of the client to reach out to actively cancel a session if it becomes necessary. For appointments with cancellations 48 or more hours before the appointment, there is no cancellation fee.

Less than 48 hours: The client will be charged $200, to be billed to an existing package. Billed amounts must be paid in full prior to next appointment or in 30 days, whichever is sooner. 

Inclement Weather: Weather can be a wrinkle, both for my safe driving to your home or if you planned on working but now school is closed and you have childcare on your mind.  Typically, we’ll connect as an appointment gets closer and the weather is predicted to be a factor, and we’ll make a mutual decision on how to proceed. 

Right to waive: R and R Organizing alone reserves the right to waive any cancellation fees.

Nope, this is a judgement free zone! It is highly recommend to identify, simplify and reduce your items to create the space you desire. Together we will edit and sort your items, then R and R Organizing creates the space you desire based on your unique needs. 

Firearms and weapons: Please take care to remove these items from any space we work in together and secure them somewhere else safely

Pets & Vendors: While I love cats, dogs and other fur babies...if they are aggressive or tend to be nosy, I recommend having them put up during our session.  When you book your session please make sure the day is free from distractions such as other vendors, we want to keep the focus on you!

Private, “personal” items: Let’s just say: If you’ve got something that you think either you or I might be embarrassed if I came across it, please take a moment to place it somewhere else. 

Working with minors: Sometimes, I’ll work with children, tweens or teens.  I only do so with the parents’ explicit permission, when the parents are also home. I treat the confidentiality of these clients the same as I would all clients. 

Yes! R and R Organizing can work with the items you have on site. If you desire a certain aesthetic, we can suggest storage and product solutions based on the project and budget. Prior to booking we send a proposal with suggested items for approval. 

If you have large items such as furniture, we can recommend local services who accept donations. For all other unsoiled items, we can take 1 carload of items. Unexpired, unopened food items will be donated to the North Texas Food Bank.

Who doesn’t love everything labeled? Basic labels are included on most projects. If a container or solution requires a unique or large label, prices would be included in the proposal. 

Many variables determine how long a project can take. How large the space is, quantity of items to declutter, sort, organize and label. Typically a small closet or pantry can take 4-6 hours and larger spaces such as garages can take 8-12 hours. For some projects we recommend third party installations, which can extend the project time.

In-Person Sessions: Get involved! You know you the best. Know how you use and want to use and visualize the space. Together we build a functional organizing system that will

work for you and your space.

Interruptions: For us to have an effective session, we’re going to need to focus. We know not all interruptions can be planned for and avoided, but please take steps to minimize interruptions from children, pets, visitors and phone calls that come while we’re together. 

Get Ready: Before our session, be sure you’ve eaten and are ready to focus.  Stay hydrated while we work together.  I’ll bring my own water and snacks, so you don’t have to worry about me!  We’ll take breaks as we need them. Once we get going...it's a lot of fun to energizing to see your space transform!
